Oosten Residential Project

Completed in 2016, the Oosten project at 34 South 9th Street, Brooklyn, New York, is a large residential development supplied through XIN Development International Inc.

The project used 12,000 Moonbay adjustable pedestals, including 8,000 MB-T0-E units with a height range of 90–180 mm and 4,000 MB-DPT0-E units with a height range of 95–185 mm.

Performance and Precision

The two pedestal models provided stable support and precise height adjustment across different outdoor areas. Their adjustable design helped compensate for variations in the substrate and create level, consistently supported paving surfaces.

Aesthetic Integration and Durability

The concealed pedestal system maintained a clean and seamless finished appearance while allowing rainwater to drain beneath the paving.
